We are also willing to provide ‘verbal’ valuations as it is appreciated that upon having a figure, the requestee may decide not to proceed any further.
Our hourly rate for the reading and/or preparation of a report and/or appearing in Court is £300 per hour plus an agreed sum for travelling/waiting.
